In-Home Approvals

Approvals are reserved for Interior Designers approved through our Trade Program.

To apply for our trade program, simply fill out our online application. 

ALREADY APPROVED FOR IN-HOME APPROVALS? HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

To select rugs for in-home approval from our website, login to kingshouseorientalrugs.com. Put the selected rugs in your cart. Click Place Order. When checking out, simply choose “Approval” as your payment type before completing checkout. Make sure to include the destination’s address and any additional notes about who will be receiving the rugs. We’ll get in touch to get your credit card information so that we can place a hold until the 5 day approval period has passed.

Our approval period is 5 business days from the day your rug(s) are delivered. Most approvals take 5-7 business days to be safely prepared and shipped from our shop and we’ll email you when they’re on their way.

Make sure to preserve your original packaging and the return is as simple as packing and dropping off at UPS.  Return shipping on approvals is a flat rate based on the size of the rug. (smalls – $25, medium – $50, oversized – $100).

HOW TO RETURN RUGS FROM AN APPROVAL

  1. Respond to your order email to let us know which rug(s) are being returned. (or email us if you can’t find your order!)
  2. Let us know the reason for the return
  3. We’ll reply with your shipping label and instructions on how to package your rug. Hint: it’s easiest if you keep your original packaging material!
